What is included in a website project?We manage the full project process from start to finish, design to delivery. Key elements featured in our website consultancy projects include research, UX, copywriting, SEO, graphics, content development, brand strategy, build, custom functionality, testing, launch, training and go to market planning.

How long does it take to build a website?We follow a 30 day delivery structure from concept to launch. Ensuring you'll have your new multifaceted, brand enhancing, sales generating, business promoting website ready and live within a month of the project roadmap confirmation.

What is the payment process for your consultancy services?With website projects we follow a two payment structure. 50% upfront to secure the dedicated consultancy and 50% upon completion, which is mapped to a website project timeline. SEO marketing is a monthly retainer for 3-6 months and branding strategy follows the same payment structure as web design. Payments can be made through a dedicated online portal using major debit/credit card brands or completed by bank transfer.

How much does a web design project cost?Our website consultancy projects are bespoke with tailored design, UX and content to meet exact client goals and online aspirations. We don't have a set pricing, but a number of factors will influence the overall investment required. This would be discussed during a discovery consultation.

What platform do you build websites on?We build our bespoke designs on the WIX platform. Client's value the autonomy of having full control of their website once a project is complete. WIX is our preferred partner for its continuous innovation, support features, security, reliability and overall business reach. All website handover's include full training for client team members.
